Nothing is good or bad until you compare it to something else. Perspective shapes how you see the world, and everyone on earth has their own unique perspective. The Universe is neutral - it’s we who add meaning.
When you find yourself judging a situation as negative, see if you can shift your perspective. What if you did not get into the school you wanted, then went somewhere else and met the love of your life? What if you were turned down for a dream job, then were inspired to create your own company which became a huge success? Our perspective can be so small in the moment.
When things occur that you perceive as negative, practice asking “What if this is the best thing for me?” “What if there is purpose in this?” Let the Universe know you are open to what is best for your higher purpose. Take what comes with curiosity rather than judgement. Allow others their own perspective and be open to adjusting yours.
Suggestions for Applying This Law:
During challenging times, find things to be grateful for.
Consider past challenges and define the lessens learned from them.
Journal about how far you have come and list what you are proud of.
When in conflict with another, consider what they may be going through.
Celebrate wins and remember what it took to get there.
Read about how others have survived what you are going through.
Notice when you compare yourself to others. Direct the focus inward instead.
Ask if a current struggle will matter in 5 years, in 10 years. Release what does not hold weight.
