What you focus on, you attract.
The essence, or seed, of all you create is your core belief. You can repeat a positive mantra of abundance over and over again thinking that you’re focusing on it, but if your core belief is one of unworthiness, doubt, or lack, you won’t get there.
Step 1 of the Law of Attraction is love yourself. If you don’t feel worthy, the Universe will serve up more evidence and experiences that have you feeling unworthy. You will attract it.
Step 2 is mind your thoughts. If a negative one pops up, ask what belief is creating this. Then see if you can turn it around. What you are thinking and believing and telling yourself matters. Your vibration is the magnet that attracts, and the frequency of your vibration comes from your internal dialogue. Raise it every day and every moment. Catch those negative thoughts and transform them.
Suggestions for Applying This Law:
Make a list of goals, then visualize yourself achieving them.
Create a vision board.
Repeat positive affirmations throughout the day. Do you feel any resistance? If so, take time to discover what internal belief may be in conflict.
Start each day writing 3 things you are grateful for.
Sit quietly and imagine yourself living the life you dream of. Repeat often.
Spend time with people who lift you up.
Spend time in nature.
Listen to uplifting, heartfelt music.
When a negative thought occurs, create a positive one to replace it.
Practice the power pose when feeling unsure of yourself.
Listen to a mindfulness meditation.
Do not compare yourself to others. You are on your own unique path.
